Here we will see top 3 software that works as all in one messenger, multiple email clients, etc. With these software, you can use multiple instant messengers, emails, and social networks on a single platform. These software basically allow you to access all your chat accounts, emails, social media, and more from the same place. All of them work more or less like Blackberry Hub and bring you all your web service activities and notifications in one place. One of them even allows you to lock all the services, thereby increasing your privacy.

Manageyum is a very useful software for accessing many web services at one place. It provides access to 38 useful Web Services at one place. It even allows you to access multiple accounts of these services.
How to Use Manageyum For Accessing Multiple Services:
Using Manageyum is quite simple, as you don’t even need to create any account for Manageyum. You just need to select all the services you need one by one from the Plus (+) icon in the toolbar. As I have stated earlier, you can also select any service more than once to access multiple accounts of that service.
Once all the services are selected, one tab for all the selected services appears on the interface. Then you just need to login to all those services once and thereafter you will be able to access your accounts on the go. It allows you to give a name to each tab so that you don’t get confused between multiple accounts of the same web service.
With the Notification icon, you can enable or disable notifications. You can also choose to disable any service by clicking on the Settings option and then clicking on edit option of that service. It also allows you to manually add more web services by clicking on the Custom App option.
Franz is also very similar software with almost same goals of providing many services in one place. However, this software mostly allows you to access chat and Messenger services. It even allows you to use email services like Gmail, Inbox by Gmail, and Outlook.com. Its other services include Slack, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype, WeChat, Rocket Chat, Hangouts, Tweetdeck, Wire, ICQ, IRC Cloud, Facebook Page, LinkedIn, Zendesk, and much more. It doesn’t allow you to add any more web services than available by default.
How to Use Franz For Accessing Multiple Services:
First of all, you need to download the software from the link provided at the end. Once the software is installed, you can directly start by adding different services you want to access from the Franz icon. This can only be done one by one. You get to choose whether you want their notification or not while adding them. You can even choose to mute them if you want.
Here also you can name each service so as to not confuse between multiple accounts. The hamburger icon on the interface allows you to enable or disable these services. Notification can be enabled or disabled using Bell icon on the interface.
Rambox is a free cross-platform software to access multiple messaging and emailing services at one place. It offers access to 72 default web services. The most important web services it offers are; WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Skype, Slack, Hangouts, Zoho Email, Yandex Mail, Outlook 365, Open mailbox, Yahoo Mail, Squirrel Mail, Gmail, Grape, etc. Other than default web service, it also allows adding new web services via Custom Service.
What makes it better than the above two software is the fact that it has an inbuilt lock feature. This lock feature allows you to lock Rambox with a password so that only you can access all your messages and emails.
How to Use Multiple Web Services on Rambox:
Using Rambox is also very easy and similar to the above two software. You don’t need to signup with Rambox to use it. You can simply install it and start using it. Here also you can add web services one by one by clicking on them from the main interface. You get to name each service while adding them.
You can also choose to mute them separately while adding them. After adding these services, you need to login to your respective accounts for these services. You can also enable/disable notifications for all the service at once by using Don’t Disturb option.
All these software work well, however, I would prefer using Rambox as in addition to allowing us to use 72 services, it also allows us to lock the software to give us more privacy than the other software.
